Cynthia Derosier served as the creative director and producer for Paʻa Ke Aupuni. Cynthia has over 25 years experience in corporate communications, strategic planning, art direction, and more. Her career began in New York City at top ad agencies serving Fortune 500 clients. She continues her work in Hawaii where she is the principal, lead associate for The Good Juju Co.

Dr. Kēhaunani Abad served as the writer and executive producer for Paʻa
Ke Aupuni. She previously served as OHA’s Community Engagement Division Director. She currently leads a team that facilitates collaboration among a network of Hawaiian focused schools and that produces print and digital content for this network.

Ryan “Gonzo” Gonzalez served as the producer for Paʻa Ke Aupuni. For the past 18 years he’s been active in the realm of digital media as an award-winning musician, sound designer, composer, graphic designer, web designer, app developer, film producer and director. He likes mangoes.

Alice Silbanuz
Alice Malepeai Silbanuz served as the associate producer for Paʻa Ke Aupuni. She has more than 15 years of communications experience working for organizations across the Pacific. She currently serves as the Digital and Print Media Manager at the Office of Hawaiian Affairs. Her interests include the use of social media, computer technology and film to enhance learning. Alice is originally from the village of Fagaitua in American Samoa.

From 3D animation to cinematography, James is constantly learning and evolving as the media and technology environment changes. He currently works at Kamehameha Schools producing media for a network of Hawaiian focused schools.
